FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
| Q: |
How much does your service cost? |
| A: |
This depends on the type of pest and the size of the pest, for example a three bedroom semi-detached house plaqued with House Fleas will cost less than a seven bedroom manor, you can phone or email us for our set prices |

|
| Q: |
What is your service location? |
| A: |
We cover the entire area of East and West Sussex as well as neighbouring areas, however you may find smaller jobs (eg. Wasps, Fleas) may cover a small surcharge to for extra driving expenses should you be in remote areas of Surrey or Kent - but even in these cases we are considerably cheaper than the major league pest control players (EcoLab, Rentokil, Canon) |

| Q: |
I'm worried about my pets, what are the chances of secondry poisoning? |
| A: |
Firstly, we have NEVER in our history poisoned or killed a pet, and even through this is a serious topic the chances of a pet being posioned is extremely rare due to the type of poison used (multi-take - meaning several feeds are required). After each treatment any warnings are givern. i.e. Pets should stay out of an insecticide treatment area for atleast two hours (we prefer three) to allow to dry. |

| Q: |
How do i know if you are a professional company? |
| A: |
We are fully trained according to BPCA regulations, on this site we have not hidden the facts and we are open on all subjects and training certficates are available on request. Saying this should you wish to check via a third party you are welcome to phone the NPTA who will inform you of any complaints against us (none to date) |

|
| Q: |
Why should i use you over any other company? |
| A: |
We believe that we offer a reliable service with trained technicians who will follow you through the treatment step by step informing you of where and why we place the poison etc. We are a small company based in Sussex and can offer you local knowledge. Pest technicians are non-commision based so if an extra service is offered, its because you require it! ( some companies technicians work on a 10 / 20 % commision resulting in work not always neccesary ) |

|
| Q: |
What pests do you cover? |
| A: |
All insects and vermin are covered under our service, the majority can be treated with an insecticide (normally carbon based) or rodenticide treatment. We take the local environment extremely seriously and especially wildfowl, so when possible wildlife will be removed and resituated (eg Buble Bee's) |

| Q: |
Do you kill Squirrels (and Mink) once you have caught them? |
| A: |
Yes, sadly even through these are extremely cute rodents they are extremely damaging to local wildlife population and especially tree's. Under the introduced species act all squirrels must be destroyed. We must note that we respect all animals and they are humanly put down. |

| Q: |
I would like to become a pest control technican, how do i get the ball rolling? |
| A: |
Firstly we are a small family based company with fully trained staff and at present there are no vacancy's. We recommend that you initially start with a larger company like Rentokil or Ecolab who will give you the required training. We would also note that not all aspects of pest control are fun and you must have an acquired taste and a strong stomach. |
