Thankyou so much for taking your time in viewing our website from which I hope you will find the information you require to deal with your potential pest control problem.
Having started in Pest Control in 1997 with a local pest control firm I have experienced several years worth of pests ranging from wasps to pythons (5 in total) and all other aspects of pest and vermin control including the installation of bird control methods and heavy duty fly screens. I pride myself in the active involvement of the Pest Control World and will always attend local and international pest show's, local demo day's and training courses.
Having started the company in 2002 within the Lewes and Brighton area of Sussex I have slowly progressed the company to cover the entire area of Sussex as well as Kent and Surrey. I am still an active Pest control Technician. We now also cover the entire South East for service agreements and at present have established contracts as far as Northampton, Milton Keynes, Dartford and Pool.
The most important factor when I started my business was that I would offer a reliable and knowledgeable service to my customer as well as a set price system to allow all customers to get a great deal regardless if they lived in a flat in Brighton or a manor in the country. This is the solid foundations of the company and shall stay this way in the future. Needless to say complaints are unheard off!
My staff I must also note are trained to the BPCA standard and again extremely knowledgeable in all fields with backup from myself or an external biologist should that unique case pop up!

We are members of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) (Membership number: M15/898), East Sussex Buy With Confidence scheme (BWC) (Membership number: 200), Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA), National Britannia Safecontractor accreditation scheme (Membership number:N00078532), Newhaven Chambers of Commerce and the International Pest Control Operators Network.
You are able to contact us everyday including Sundays and bank holidays. Normal working hours are 8am to 5pm with a further technician working from 5pm to 8pm to cover the evening calls throughout the summer season. Calls are answered 24hr's, seven days per week. We offer 24hr callouts if required between 6pm - 8am (surcharge applies).
